1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fresh Market Hub, including browsing the catalogue, placing orders, managing a subscription, and applying to list produce as a homestead partner. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Fresh Market Hub on behalf of a household or business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Description of service

Fresh Market Hub is an online hub connecting shoppers with organic vegetables, small-batch harvest preserves and eco-products supplied by independent homesteads and farmers’ market growers. We coordinate ordering, payment and delivery or pickup logistics, but individual products are grown, made and prepared by the partner homesteads listed on the site.

3. Accounts and registration

To place an order or manage a subscription, you may need to create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are set in cooperation with each homestead partner and may change between harvest seasons to reflect crop availability. Payment is due at the time of order unless you have selected a recurring subscription, in which case your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you pause or cancel.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund orders affected by an error before they are dispatched.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery windows and available pickup locations depend on the homestead fulfilling your order and may vary by region. Because produce and preserves are perishable, we ask that deliveries be accepted promptly; Fresh Market Hub and its partner homesteads are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection once an item has been delivered or made available for pickup.

6. Homestead partner listings

Homesteads and preserve makers applying to list products undergo an in-person verification visit before their catalogue goes live, and agree to maintain accurate product descriptions, batch dates and organic or eco-certification claims. Fresh Market Hub may suspend or remove a listing if verification standards are no longer met.

7. Product descriptions and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe organic vegetables, preserves and eco-products accurately, including expected harvest timing. Because these are agricultural and small-batch handmade products, actual appearance, quantity and availability may vary from week to week, and a listed item may sell out or be substituted with grower agreement.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

If an order arrives damaged, spoiled in transit, or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a refund or replacement with the relevant homestead. Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle from your account settings.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping catalogue data for commercial resale without permission, submitting false information when applying as a homestead partner, or using the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

10. Intellectual property

The Fresh Market Hub name, logo, site design and original written content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Homestead partners retain ownership of their own product photography and recipes shared with us for listing purposes.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Fresh Market Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to verify organic and eco-product claims made by partner homesteads, we do not guarantee that every listing is free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fresh Market Hub harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, except where such claims arise from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, including through prohibited use of the site or repeated failed payments. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fresh Market Hub is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
