We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and payment details when you place an order or subscribe to a recurring harvest box. If you apply as a homestead partner, we also collect information about your farm or kitchen, including location, certifications and product samples.

• Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
• Communications: messages you send through the contact form, including any details you choose to share about allergies or delivery instructions.

Payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment processor. Fresh Market Hub receives confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, along with the last four digits of the card used for your records, but does not store complete payment card numbers.

We retain order and account information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to handle returns, disputes or legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. Contact form messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless you request earlier deletion.
